Sometimes when I hear people ask for prayer, it seems kind of cliche. Whether it’s praying for someone else or them praying for you, it’s easy to take prayer for granted. But we firmly believe that prayer does matter, that we worship a God who cares for us personally and answers prayer.

We agree that prayer is an essential aspect of the Christian life. Many of you have prayed for us in these foundational months for Equal Rights Institute (ERI). Thank you!

As the next step in the growth, support and development of ERI we are seeking a group of believers willing to pray for specific needs of this ministry. Many have prayed for ERI since its conception and we are so thankful for your support in this way. Your intercession on our behalf has not gone unnoticed by us or by God.

We are asking you to consider joining with others in prayer to support the efforts of ERI. You will be praying for:

• The overall needs of ERI as a ministry
• Prayer specific to the needs of Josh, Timothy, Jacob and Kim
• Prayer for seminars, speaking events and outreaches
• Prayer for those we are working to reach
• Urgent needs as they arise

We plan to also send reports of answered prayers and ways we’ve seen God at work in people’s lives.
